Information you provide
When you submit a site assessment form, BSI receives the name, company, work email, phone number, requested service, property details, and page source you provide. When you book through Cal.com, booking details such as contact information, event name, and scheduled times may be passed to BSI's lead-management system.
How information is used
BSI uses submitted information to evaluate facility service requests, schedule and manage consultations, communicate about requested services, and track business follow-up. BSI does not use this policy to claim practices beyond those described here.
Service providers
This website is hosted through Hatchable. Scheduling is provided through Cal.com when connected. Those providers process information needed to deliver hosting, form, database, and booking functions under their own terms and privacy practices.
Retention and requests
Business request and booking records may be retained while needed for follow-up, service administration, operational records, and legitimate business purposes. To ask about a submitted record, call 1-800-211-5881.
Security
Administrative lead data is restricted to the project owner and authorized administrators. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
